As a small family-run business, we don’t have the resources to fund the large minimum order required by our manufacturer. By pre-ordering, you’re helping us reach the 1,000 phones needed to begin production. Once the goal is met, we’ll place the order immediately.
What happens if the goal of 1,000 pre-orders isn’t reached?
If we are unable to reach the goal within 6 months (1/03/2025), we will refund all pre-order payments in full. You won’t lose your money.
When will I receive my phone?
Once we reach 1,000 pre-orders, the order will be placed with our supplier. Manufacturing and shipping are expected to take about 2 months. We will keep you updated via email every step of the way, including estimated delivery dates.
How can I track progress?

Is my payment secure?

– If we are unable to reach 1,000 pre-orders within a reasonable timeframe, all customers will receive a full refund automatically. – You won’t need to do anything — refunds will be processed directly back to your payment method.
After the Goal is Reached
– Once 1,000 pre-orders are secured, funds are committed to production. At this stage, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible, as your payment directly funds manufacturing.
