Return Policy/Warranty

At Kidcomms, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and excellent service. 

Warranty Coverage and Eligibility

Limited Warranty: The P110 phone comes with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturer defects. This warranty applies only to defective products, as determined on inspection.

Resolution Options: At our sole discretion, we may choose to:

  • Repair the defective product.
  • Exchange it for the same model.
  • Offer an alternative resolution where appropriate.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality.
  • Products that are not defective.

How to Request Warranty Service

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team with:
    • Your order details.
    • A description of the issue.
    • Photos and videos of the defect. These will help us to confirm defects quickly and may eliminate the need for physical inspection before a resolution can be proposed.
  2. Assessment: After reviewing your claim, we will determine the appropriate course of action under the warranty.
  3. Return Authorization: If necessary, we will provide a return authorization and instructions for returning the product to us.
  4. Resolution: Once we inspect the product, we will decide whether to repair, exchange, or offer another resolution. If the defect is confirmed, we aim to resolve your claim asap.
Important Notes
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the defect is confirmed, we will cover the cost of sending out the repaired or replacement product.
  • Non-Defective Products: Returns or exchanges are not accepted for non-defective products.
